It might be possible bring in the effect of the Sun's declination and the Moon's parallax, but I'm just the warmup artist. When is the star coming on? Meanwhile, almost every city in Europe almost fits. The problem is getting Venus a touch to right of the Moon while keeping Saturn low enough, and all at just before dawn. Cork, Penzance, Lisbon and Madrid also look promising. DaveP
