Hello Kermit,
It is only the print out of the azimuth.
I used full accuracy in the calculation.
H = 54 + 55.9 / 60.0;
Z = 120.0 + 27.29 / 60.0;
And for Dec, GHA, etc.
Regards.

Hello Andrés,
End results slightly different from others have been noticed here and here .
When checking your data, Andrés, it looks like your Departure Azimuth is 120.5° while the published AZo=120 d 27.9 m is slightly different (120.465°).
Would it be possible that such small difference in Azimuth might explain the difference between your Observer's computed position and the various ones derived by other people which all pinpoint to one same place at about 0.4 NM from yours ?
Thanks in advance to you, Andrés for giving us your viewpoint here.
