This is really a message to Andres Ruiz. Andes, the interesting posting you sent appears not to have reached everyone on the Nav-l list, which may be a reoccurence of occasional distribution problems the list has suffered. I wonder if that may possibly be connected with the fact that the message included a picture. Frank Reed has complained and been forwarded a copy privately, but if others have missed out in the same way (and that seems to include the archivist at i-DEADLINK-com) then it may be better if that message was resent all around Nav-l. I would have forwarded a copy to the list myself but if I try that the formatting goes haywire. My suggestion is that you should send it again, if you don't mind.
