Would you also protest that modern maps are "destroyed/reduced", - they do not feature all sorts of fancy figurines? Like sea monsters or wind-blowing faces at four corners around the map?
Please, be reasonable, all those constellations have no place in modern CN, just like you no longer use the chord function in spherical trigonometry.
As history facts - yes, this should be kept in libraries, but not be used for anything serious.
