Thank you for letting me know about that! I'm sure it's a trivial bug in the web interface. The ability to clear lunars for the complete set of navigational stars was something I added only a few years ago. It's a feature that's rarely used, so I can't say I'm surprised that you found a bug! I'll fix it.
