After all, the people in St. Cloud Minnesota don't say San Clood, nor would a Frenchman even understand your American pronunciation of rendezvous (or at least he would turn up his nose). By the way, I understand the whole name is Adolphe-Laurent-Anatole-Marcq de Blonde de St. Hilaire Ken
