As I don't know what is the convention to phonetically write French sounds in English, I believe the "sounding" result is the same with this other spelling (C) :
mark sen-t-eelair.
Note: the H of Hilaire is to be ignored like in many other French words with biginning h letter.
For instance, "h?ritage" is pronounced ->eritaaj .
