I am now attaching the moon parallax in altitude table from Hughes' Tables. If you compare this table with the one from the 1937 Nautical Almanac that I posted before you will see that the only difference is the included refraction correction in the NA table. For training it is better to use separated tables for each correction so that you can learn where the numbers come from. The moom correction tables in the current NA is obtuse, giving you no understanding as to what is going on.
