What are the concise set of rules for the Pick3 (three body fix)?

    Question from the peanut gallery

Actually, that makes a lot of sense, at least to me.  Perhaps a "rule" is that if a star is one of the pick3, i.e. one of the stars 249 recommends for a three-body fix, it is guaranteed a position in the 249 selected seven, even if another star might be better positioned overall.

Well, rigel is one of the pick3, so maybe that's why.  I don't give any consideration to improving the pick3, just assume take the best combination of 3 from the 7.
