For those interested in using H.O. 214, my 1967 edition came with an
errata sheet that list errors in all nine volumes from dates 1941 to
1962.
Considering the date range and the number of volumes, there are really
very few corrections (something like 40).

If anyone thinks it's worth it, I might be able to scan this page and
post it,
