Burton's Tables (much superior to Nories in my opinion, but sadly out of print)
contain the attached table 24, giving limits for the ex-meridian obs in terms of lat and dec.
Incidentally, Hansen's Ex-Meridian tables are still available from Waterstones in the UK for £15.
