While we're on this subject, and since we have a rather high percentage of physics folks in the group, I just want to mention "Fluid Dynamics for Physicists" by Faber. It's really excellent. Though it was published fifteen years ago, and it's a paperback, used copies start at $30 minimum on abebooks.com. I don't remember anything on this specific topic, and my copy is hiding under one of several piles of papers right now...
