The gentleman offered re the lack of important data,"we don't make the cartridges". That might be true, but via his use spelled sale thereof, I asasume they were selling this stuff, it strikes me that the seller has assumed responsibility for the accuracy of what he was selling. Lives coud depend on the accuracy of the data.
