Oh, I see. They've listed all locations in Ukraine and Belarus as "RU" or Russia. This is especially odd since Ukraine and Belarus had their own unique ISO codes while they were constituent republics of the USSR thanks to their seats in the UN General Assembly (which also explains why the ISO code for Belarus is BY since historically, in English, "Belarus" was the "Byelorussian SSR"). The occultations list of cities/airports does correctly include codes for the republics of the former Yugoslavia (with some anomalies) and also post-Soviet Estonia and Moldova. To me this suggests that someone manually edited the codes at some point. Human error.
