Repair of Bubble Horizon

I am in need of repair of a Cassens & Plath bubble horizon. It is the more current generation of square attachments and the liquid in the bubble level has evaporated and needs to be refilled, reattached and aligned. I've written to Celestaire who currently offers the same model for sale, but they referred me to NavList for help. Does anyone know where I might find competent repair for this bubble horizon?
