Hi all, there is an article in the journal of navigation on Kotlarics starfinder: W. A. Scott (1958). A Yugoslav Star Finder Identifikator Zvijezda. S. M. Kotlaric. Hydrographic Institute, Split, 1956. 28, stiff covers, 12 � 9� ins.; no price stated.. Journal of Navigation, 11, pp 426-427 doi:10.1017/S0373463300017896 unfortunately I do not have access to this article.
