Alexandre- I would guess the maching of the screw, or the threads, is not quite right. Or perhaps simply not up to the job. You might try carefully removing the screw and cleaning it (and the socket) with a bit of solvent, then re-assembling it with a little thread lock compound to make it grip a bit better. The weakest grade of LocTite (blue or green, I think?) should be plenty adequate for the job. Often that is all it takes to stop a little mechanical slop. You could try to replace the screw, but identifying and then locating new brass or stainless screws can be a project in itself.
