Hello!
Here is a pdf of something like SNO-M manual (russian and english version in one pdf document).
About month ago I attached to the post (by mistake) manual of SNO-T sextant. I own both SNO-T and SNO-M sextants. These two instruments have a lot of in common (illuminator, inverting scope of almost identical construction, identical mirrors, both measures angles up to 140°). Both instruments have front silvered index mirrors with reflecting surface that does not coincide with rotation axis (therefore index mirror should be adjusted using two sighting vanes). Both instruments have adjustable inverting scope (this means - the user must adjust telescope parallel to the plane of the instrument before starting to use it for the first time).
But in general SNO-M is an instrument of quite conventional design. If you are interested, you can read some facts about this instrument in Bill Morris blog https://sextantbook.com/category/the-ussr-sno-m-sextant/
