Dear Alex,
In the Krasavcev's book, I had mentioned in my previous post, is written that SNO-T were tested in 1970. And that in 1972 the production of these sextants will start.
Anyway, thanks for your efforts!
If you are interested, you can read Chapter II in the attached pdf of this book. I translated this chapter in English some time ago and posted it in NavList, but I think you don't need English translation.
