You are correct about Long Now, Frank. Danny Hillis, who came up with the 10k clock idea to begin with, is one of the invited speakers. Among other things, it is a nice place to admire the view of the Golden Gate Bridge while sipping a martini confected with our special gin made from the needles of the 4,000 yr old bristlecone pines on our mountain in Nevada!
