    This argument does not seem convincing to me.
    Because we don't know how the sea level depends on the carbon emission.
    (For example, I can imagine that CO2 generation increases with time
    geometrically, but sea level, as a function of carbon emission
    incereases logarithmically.
    This would give linear increase of sea level, as a function of time.
