So the proper search phrase is "46 CFR 10.201" the way that regulation is normally cited. That gives you may hits including: http://www.washingtonwatchdog.org/documents/cfr/title46/part10.html Note that unless you place a URL in double chevrons it will BREAK with a hard line break as the email softwares process it. So citing "URL" may wind up with it breaking, citing "< >" is going to keep it as one URL even if the line wraps. In both cases, without the quotation marks.
