Yes, according to my memory. The definitive answer should be in the
archive, quite some time ago. May have been Dan Hogan. One reason for
thinking this (apart from a vague souvenir of discussion) is that
solutions are given to tenths of a degree, which is a bit
optimistically precise for plotting by hand.
