I have one of those fancy $10 digital watches that does in fact have hours, minutes, and seconds. Like Gregg, I sort of add a second or two depending on how fast my eye/brain coordination is that time of day. Since I'm relatively new to this CN stuff, in my case the name I have given it is "luck".
