Hi Frank...
I just rewatched "All Is Lost" the other day. I have that very Celestaire Astra IIIB model, serial number 9093450, inspected 2009.12.10... and probably bought around that time. (I've since migrated to C. Plath Horizon and recently a Freiberger.) And I have a couple of the distress signalling mirror Redford used for shaving!
I think I know the movie. Was her boyfriend washed overboard earlier?
