Hi Frank!
For the sextant, I am going to say it is a late 1960's / early 1970's TAMAYA TOKYO 633 Model 2, or one of the similar ones produced for other resellers. That model had the same Carl Plath offset-ladder frame design, rectangular horizon mirror with ray shade, lighting, and included 12 x 20 collimation tube scope shown (and 4 x 40 star scope).
