Graham,
This looks to be the same sextant as a USSR SNO-T. Best luck for parts would be on E-bay. Look for a complete horizon mirror with frame. Read up on the Bill Morris blog for this particular sextant. There is a trick to the collared adjustment nuts to prevent stripping and damage.
