I understood your question, and was just as curious as you as to what the 20" limit meant. What I mean to do was ask if some certificates list error, and others, like my Mate, list corrections.
By the way, on my Mate all the corrections are +. Whether this is accidental, or the result of a final adjustment made by the inspector, I don't know.
