Ken, Thank you for reminding us this number 20" approx 0.3'. It is true, within this margin, the two certificates I obtained last summer agree: in the sequence of numbers produced by Freiberger, none is greater than 20". On the other hand, for the lunars (which is the primary use of my sextant) unknown 0.3' arc non-uniformity is too bad.
