    Right Bruce.  What I was trying to ascertain was whether the 20"
    limit of the German Hydrological Office was for corrections ranging
    from +10" to -10" or for corrections ranging from +20" to -20".  In
    the first case, the total span of corrections is 20", while it is 40"
    in the second case.
