Actually tired on a couple of occasions some time ago but could not relate the errors to Ho at all. That is why I found Ken's comments regarding his experience with calibration and the non linearity extremely interesting.
My read on this issue is that you would have to be pretty determined to try and find those errors through lots of careful observation bearing in mind to the almanac data has it's share of noise.
