Here are some suggestions:
- Frank's Lunars Predictor page
- Steven Wepster's Precomputed Lunar Distance Tables
- USNO's Topocentric Positions page plus the formula on Frank's Easy Lunars page
Personally, I use USNO's MICA to generate the position data for each body and Microsoft Excel to calculate the distance using the formula on Frank's page. But the USNO web page will give you pretty much all of the same data that MICA will, free of charge. Incidentally, this is the same method I use to calculate any body-to-body distance, such as the Venus-Jupiter spreadsheet I posted recently.
