Hi Joel. Hope all is well with you and yours in Jupiter,Fla. I still didn't make it to Singer Island after I talked to you. Everything's good there(repairs went well etc). I will give you a call when I finally do travel there in 2005. Yes,the Leupold + Stevens is a beauty. If the price listed is what it sold for.....wow. That was a good deal. On all those older sextants I'll have to get used to useing the smaller mirrors. I also liked the Dutch Observator sextant you have/had listed. I'm starting to be attracted to sextants that have unique features and think I will purchace one just to have sometime in 2005. I look on Ebay(your store especially)once every month or so just to see what is on the market. To bad about that Russian sextant being pulled before you guys had a chance to see it. It was a strange looking sextant. I still didn't have a chance to compile(arrange)the sight data we took on the trip and write it to the list. I'll try to get to that tonight at home.
