Thank you. For testing UV blockage, I've been directed to get a UV lightsource, cover it in cardboard, then cut out a spot to try my ND filters. If working properly, and safely for my eyes, then there should be no exit of black light. It'll be a fun project.
I did reach out to Davis just now as well - should have done so in the past.
