Dear Friends,
Was not able to "Shoot a Lunar Tomorrow" as Frank challenged in August.
But had a good leg last Wednsday on the first quarter moon and took the attached Moon x Sun sight in my manner of observation: FL340, 400Kts over the ground, heading southwest with the afternoon sun in front and the moon over my left shoulder. The result was very nice with my CelNav fix about 12 miles from my FMS position. Data, reduction and Polhemus Plot attached.
