At this URL, you have a calculator for DIP OF THE SEA SHORT OF THE HORIZON.
Is the same as in Bowditch, Marine Navigation Calculator.

Hi - it is table 14 entitled 'Dip Short of the Sea Horizon' on page 676 on the 1995 Bowditch.
