As a beginner of celnav with a Davis mk3 or camsextant I would be very interested in your conclusions on averaging sights. Mean,median, what happens if you are moving at slow yacht speed, adding sights and times then averaging, reducing each sight then averaging etc. Mine done by hand, no calculating app etc. With my sights I usually tell my family that they are about 10nm from where they think they are!
