My Davis Mark 3 seems to have an arc error, it always reads too high, but so far when I divide the angle by 1.002 I am getting fixes that are within 2 to 4nm of the actual location. Calibration process still ongoing. I would be curious to know if other owners of a Mark 3 can get similar improvements by simply applying a linear factor.
