    Your obviously a stickler for correct spelling and punctuation i agree with you're comment's.  recently while on holiday I past a suitable observation spot but drove staight passed because it was to wet at our motel I parked up our car.

    Oh dear.......this completely off topic. I suppose it shows my age.

    The advantage of a forum such as this is that *reasonable* standards of spelling and punctuation can be maintained. It needn't be perfect. I know that I make mistakes and there are members of this list to whom English is a second language. In fact many "second language" speakers write better than some native speakers on the (very) little social media I see.

    "Sight" was surely a candidate for Webster's changes?

    There is a clear blue sky outside but my priority today is to use an averager app on my phone to accrurately determine some positions near a disused railway tunnel as part of historical research. Please note that I will be "parking" my car as I find it takes too much effort to park up (-;
