Yikes! Thanks fo the reminder about the refraction chart for 0-10 degrees the next page over from where I was looking. That's embarrassing. (Here, Homer Simpson would exclaim "doh!) I have not used these low values in so long I forgot they were there. Using and AH doubles the altitude and it's rare to shoot under 5 degrees due to trees and structures around the house.
