First post here !
1st sight: 14° on the limb and 2' on the vernier. The long line and 5th short align the vernier lines so it's a full minute. Result 14°2'
2nd sight: 17° on the limb and between 0' and 1' on the vernier. The 3rd short line aligns the vernier so .6'. Result 17°0.6'

First one is 12 degrees, 02.1 minutes. The ZERO line on the micrometer disk is past the ZERO mark on the drum and the 0.2 ' line has not reached the next mark on the drum.
Second is 13 degrees, zero point five minutes by the same logic. 13°-00.5'
