If anyone out there knows how to take the .GIF maps from the P.A.R.C. site
and place them on the .GIF plotting charts generated by POSPLOT.EXE please
contact me off line.
I need to know:
1) What program is best to use
2) How does one change the P.A.R.C. scale to the Mercator scale of
POSPLOT.
