    Frank,
    The list is shutting down at the end of the month and pretty much everybody 
    has moved on to join the Google version so an faq will not be needed. It 
    would have been nice when I first joined this list.
    
    Thanks for the pointer to ICE. I downloaded it and it looks to be very nice so 
    I am going to give it a try. Lots of other nice things on that site so when 
    the rain starts today I will look around a bit.
