    Unless there are subsequent editions ... This is an advantage of printing
    small quantities as required. Prohibitively expensive traditionally,
    becoming more feasible these days. Sometimes when I order a book online and
    there is a delay in sending it out I suspect its because the book is being
    printed to my order. That's probably an exaggeration.

    A blank plotting sheet might be a nice inclusion, that could be photocopied
    as needed. Which reminds me: there are a lot of useful resources like this
    on the homepage. Will you be keeping them accessible after 31 May?
