Doesn't the astrometry.net plate solver output the classic "plate constants"? With them you can transform the image's xy pixel coordinates (measured with the Windows Paint utility or similar program) to the corresponding right ascension and declination. The formulas are easily programmed in a calculator. See "Spherical Astronomy" by Smart or Green. (Two different books with the same title - in the late 1970s Green revised Smart's 1930s work. Then his own book was published in the early 80s.) --
