Someone posted a spreadsheet here once which did many things, but I can't seem to find it now. I'd like to help you myself, but I'm not quite sure about everything you're looking for. For instance, "npd latitude PHL Azimuth". I have never heard these terms. Can you explain further? Also, by "quadrant method", do you mean observing with a quadrant?
