    Hello Jackson

    In order to jam, you must transmit on the same frequency, with enough power to significantly downgrade your opponent's ability to position find. In the event of military conflict, the location of those jamming transmitters will be swiftly found through RDF (if not already known today) and expunged with a few well placed missiles.  End of jamming.  If the transmitters are mobile, it might take a little longer, but the transmitters are basically saying "Here I am!"

    Right now the GPS jamming is a local inconvenience.  More petty nonsense from a tyrant
