You asked what are the scales' markings on the printed Kavrayskiy's grid.

The printed grid has:

• the equatorial line marked (right-to-left) 0°~180° as a lower string; then 180°~360° (left-to-right) as an upper string. The right-hand end of the equatorial line has the label "N" (near the 0° | 360° mark), the left-hand end has the label "S" (near the 180° mark);
• the upper pole has the "P_N" label, the lower pole has the "P_S" label;
• the outer circle has just two marked arcs: 0°~90° - from each end of the equatorial line to either pole (i.e from the "S" to "P_N", named the "Northen declination", and from the "N" to "P_S", named the "Southern declination").

Also there is a sketch showing the proper usage of the   grid, I'd better scan it and post it here.
