    Going back to your original question, do you still want to see the S-Tables or is it enough to know they are a variant of HO-211?

    There are some ancillary things he did that were interesting:

    There is a star identification worksheet to figure out what star you shot of you don't already know it. 

    He did  a good job of compacting the work form down to a bare minimum.
