The index of the 1962 Bowditch I just grabbed off the shelf has over a page worth of sight reduction methods listed. Dozens of these methods are tabular, but not all reached a significant level of popularity. Bowditch devotes 11 lines to HO203/HO204, typical of the less popular methods. I think Bob was trying to list only the most popular methods. Perhaps adding a line would help, saying that there are dozens of other tabular methods, but the ones listed are the most popular.
HO203/HO204 were published in 1923, maybe one of the first tabular methods given an HO number, but many of the tabular methods listed in Bowditch predate it.
